It’s Monday, and I’m off to strength train… Here is what I’m going to accomplish:
- (2) sets of lateral walks with resistive, elastic ankle band
- (2) sets of 10x bench dips, 10x mountain climbers, 5x side planks
- (3) sets of 10x squat presses with 10# weight, 10x reverse lunges, 10x step ups
- (3) sets of half-moons with 10# weight, 5x renegades with 10# weight, 10x ab crunchers
Should be a lot! I didn’t get the whole “coach approval” on this one, so if it seems imbalanced or too much, I can modify during the workout.
